A beautiful estate, with a long history of winemaking, Podernuovo a Palazzone was a real coup de foudre for Giovanni. Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes are used to reflect the best of Tuscany, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon used to produce some phenomenal Super Tuscans. Located in a triangle of land protected by the Italian state, Podernuovo a Palazzone is part of a region that has respected the traditional balance of man and environment as well as ancient winemaking techniques. Due to Giovanni Bulgari’s commitment to the environment and working in harmony with nature, Podernuovo uses geothermal sources to heat and cool the entire wine production and aging process.
